Telelatino Network reveals the winner of the National Bank Salsa Contest!
To wrap up the festivities of the 8th annual Salsa on St. Clair Street Festival, the Telelatino Network (TLN) and National Bank are proud to announce the grand prize winner of the Bank’s Salsa on St. Clair contest, Terry Ing, who will take home the $5,000 cash prize!
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came out for the 8th edition of this popular street festival and the many who took part in the Bank’s salsa contest.
8th annual Salsa on St. Clair Street Festival
The 8th annual Salsa on St. Clair Street Festival took place on July 7 and 8 in midtown Toronto’s Hillcrest Village. All those who attended this giant, colourful Latin celebration were treated to a parade, dance lessons, exhibitions, a children’s area and plenty of delicious Latin foods.
National Bank, TLN, Hillcrest Village BIA and the City of Toronto teamed up to showcase Latin American culture at this festival, the largest Latin-themed event in Canada, which has attracted more than 1.5 million visitors since it took to the streets of Toronto in 2005!
